Savanna had a goal of training for and running a 5K. With the help of her support coordinator they trained and ran one together! Savanna ran an outstanding pace!

Community Access
Jordan used to struggle with getting out in the community. His team worked hard to find the right supports to help him be at ease and now he enjoys the community regularly.
SIMON
Doing what he loves

Kids with disabilities and special needs can do ANYTHING!
Clara LOVES adventure! She was born with severe disabilities but she hasn't let this stop her. She loves extreme - put her on any roller coaster and she will laugh until it stops, and then scream when she has to get off. Clara enjoys boating and tubing with her family, and the more waves she goes on the harder she is laughing.
